Ministries
Macedonia has a number of ministries. In the area of evangelism, we place a high emphasis on personal evangelism, being guest loving, and distributing evangelism information in the community and among our acquaintances. In the area of community involvement, we contribute $25,000 a year to our Community Development Corporation, which prioritizes housing, community advocacy, etc. We are supporters of the local National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Dayton Community Revitalization Network (DCRN), and Leaders for Equality and Action in Dayton (LEAD) in addition to giving hundreds of dollars a year to other agencies and projects.

Ministries of Word
Christian Education Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to the teachers reviewing the membership handbook. They also encourage our newer members to complete “The Connection class (taught by the Pastor) and to join Bible study on Wednesday’s, Discipleship Hour on Sunday’s and one of our ministries. This ministry gives diligence to training members to be effective church servers, especially teachers and ministry leaders. In addition to the scheduled classes, individual tutoring is available. Lastly the Christian education ministry also overseas baptism affairs, intake of new members, and Pastoral Get Acquainted Sessions.Marriage Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to the discipleship of married and engaged couples, by way of special teachings, fellowship projects, retreats and other related activities.Men’s Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to the discipleship of men, by way of Christian teachings, mentoring boys, outreach projects, fellowships and other related activities.Single’s Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to the discipleship of single adults by way of teachings, outreach projects, fellowship projects, and Christian encouragement.Women’s Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to the discipleship of all the women, by way of Christian teachings, mentoring girls, outreach projects, fellowships and other related activities.Youth & Young Adults
This ministry gives diligence to the discipleship of our youth and young adults (ages 2-35). This ministry handles classes, topics and activities that speaks to the age and gender demographic of our youth and young adults. Noah’s Ark is a safe place for children on Sunday's, ages 2 to 5 to learn about God, God's Kingdom and God's Creation, while their parents participate in worship freely. -

Deacon Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to assisting the Pastor with advisement, worship affairs, visitation, benevolent affairs, modeling Christian character, and other related activities.Greeters Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to welcoming our guest and members upon arrival on the premises.Media Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to the Media Room, recording equipment, and selling of church recordings.Music Ministries
This ministry gives diligence in making sure that it translates the gospel message through music. Our music ministry is very diverse in its musical selection to make an impact to every age and demographic in worship. Our music ministry does its best at offering God their best as they prepare the way for the word of God.Ushers Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to congregational orderliness. Young people (i.e., ages 6 and up) are invited to join in with the adults. The usher ministry covers all worship services. -

This ministry gives diligence to making sure the members of the body of Christ are taking care of their physical temples (body, heart, mind and soul). A plethora of exercise regiments take place as well as moments of meditation and reflection to purge the body of the world’s toxins.Kitchen Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to managing kitchen affairs and preparing and/or coordinating food for repasts and all ministry related fellowship.Pastor’s Aid Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to managing kind acts towards the Pastor, such as the Pastor’s anniversary services, birthday gifts, and Christmas gifts. They also manage pulpit affairs.Property and Business Affairs Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to keeping the church in a presentable fashion and carrying out approved enhancements projects. This group also advices the Pastor on business affairs of the church like insurance policies, incorporation issues, and attorney representation.Transportation Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to providing van transportation for church worship experiences, especially worship services and Bible studies.We Care Ministry
This ministry gives diligence to expressing love to our members, in their times of distress. Hospital and Nursing Home visits, and bereavement encouragement are some of their focuses.
